2. Pay Online for the repair service that you require

3. Print and complete the repair form 

(if you don’t have a printer you can handwrite the required information on a piece of paper). 

 

4. Package up your styler, include the repair form, and post them to us.

We know how important your styler is, we aim to have them back to you as quickly as possible!

We aim to carry out all Original Repairs within 24 hours of receiving them. Platinum & Gold Repairs take a little longer, usually 48 hours. We then send them back with Royal Mail Tracked 24®, with delivery within 1-2 working days.

We will send you a text or an email to confirm they are on their way back and you can track their progress!
